Unless you opt out, FlightPush records Reference Library searches and the results opened, which reference sections and articles are read and for how long, article scroll depth, and how a visitor first arrived (landing page, referring site, and campaign tags). It is stored in FlightPush's own database, linked to your account once you sign in, never sold or shared for advertising, and detailed records are deleted after 13 months.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored as an opt-out.

Training goals (target certificates, planned test and checkride dates, training stage, Part 61 or 141, flight school), a self-reported knowledge test result, optional exit-question answers, and practice-question problem reports are provided by you, editable or optional, and not affected by the analytics setting.

Questions you ask Ask the Library are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to produce the answer. FlightPush does not store your questions or answers unless you choose Save to Notebook, which keeps them in your notebook like any other note. Your browser keeps the current conversation for this tab only, so it is still there when you come back from a cited source. Anthropic keeps API inputs and outputs for a limited period under its commercial terms and does not use them to train its models.

FlightPush keeps a usage record for each question (the outcome, timings, the number of sources used, token counts, and any Helpful or Not Helpful rating) with no question or answer text and no account identifier. These records are deleted after 13 months.

Stripe processes payment-card information. FlightPush receives the transaction details needed to confirm payment, grant access, respond to refunds or disputes, and maintain legally necessary business records.
