Level 1 – Airport infrastructure capacity is generally adequate to meet the demands of airport users at all times Level 2 – Airports where potential for congestion exists during some periods that can be resolved by schedule adjustments mutually agreed between the airlines and facilitator Level 3 – Airports with full slot controls where demand for airport infrastructure significantly exceeds the capacity during certain periods and expansion of infrastructure to meet demand is not possible in the short term

Construction Impact Key

No Capacity Effect – Departures taxi delays and/or Arrivals airborne holding delays are 15 minutes or less Reduced Capacity and Delay Impact – Departures taxi delays and/or Arrivals airborne holding delays of 16 to 45 minutes Reduced Capacity and Greater Delay Impact – Departures taxi delays and/or Arrivals airborne holding delays greater than 45 minutes

RWYs 12R and 12L have Cat II available to RWY threshold. Beyond RWY threshold, the localizer is unusable.

03/02/2018 to 08/31/2019 In Progress

Cranes impact the localizers on RWYs 12R, 12L, and

30L. This will reduce RWY 30L to a Cat I ILS only.

There are no Cat III approaches available to RWY 12L or 12R. Will not reduce the arrival rate, but will impact what aircraft/airlines are able to conduct an approach. TMIs will be utilized during active weather conditions.
