TOWER CLEARANCE

When an aircraft is on final approach to an airport served by a tower, obtain a clearance to land, touch‐and‐go, or make low approach. Issue the clearance and the surface wind to the aircraft.
If the clearance is not obtained or is canceled, inform the aircraft and issue alternative instructions. PHRASEOLOGY-
TOWER CLEARANCE CANCELED/NOT RECEIVED (alternative instructions).
