If an arriving aircraft reports weather conditions are below his/her landing minima:

NOTE-

Determination that existing weather/visibility is adequate for approach/landing is the responsibility of the pilot/aircraft operator.

Issue appropriate instructions to the aircraft to hold or proceed to another airport.

Adjust, as necessary, the position in the landing sequence of any other aircraft desiring to make approaches and issue approach clearances accordingly.
