EN ROUTE
Take the following action when exercising control of aircraft landing at an airport located in an adjacent center's control area near the common boundary:
Coordinate with the receiving facility for a lower altitude and issue a clearance to the aircraft as appropriate.
Initiate this action at a distance sufficient from destination to allow for normal descent and speed reduction.
