When the prevailing visibility is 3 / 4 mile or less or the RVR is 4,000 feet or less, operate the ALSF-2 system as follows: As requested by the pilot.
As you deem necessary if not contrary to pilot request.
Operate the SSALR system when the conditions in subparagraph a are not a factor.
