Air carrier Captain reported lack of lighting to identify the runway entry point and a potential for a runway incursion.

Report 1 | Narrative: In Vegas at the start of runway 26R there were no lights to show where the runway starts. It's also very dark in that corner in general. It makes it quite easy in my opinion to have an inadvertent runway incursion. Also when landing on runway 26L in Vegas and crossing runway 26R to the terminal at night it's had the same issue for a few months now.
